Once you receive the ‘order is ready for pickup’ email notification, you’re good to head to our office (address: 1001 East Pender Street Vancouver, B.C., Canada, V6A 1W2). Please wait until you have received a second email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to our office. After selecting local pick up at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Pickup hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer local pickup as an option at checkout (for Vancouver only).
When the Control Swabs are used in place of a patient throat swab specimen in. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. If untreated, these infections can lead to complications such as rheumatic fever. If the correct control results are not obtained, do not. Orders placed before the cut-off time (Monday-Friday, 10:30 am PST) will be processed that day. BinaxNOW COVID-19 Ag Card kits contain a Positive Control Swab and Sterile Swabs that can be used as a Negative Control Swab. Please contact us if you have any questions, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If there will be a significantly delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Solutions used to make the positive control swab are non-infectious. All components of this kit should be discarded as Biohazard waste according to Federal, State and local regulatory requirements. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Do not store or test specimens in viral transport media, as it may result i n false positive or false negative results. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
